I think that depends on which repeater you are talking about the standard repeater just makes the connection. The pchelpware repeater however do with the built in encryption causes all traffic to pass through it..:)

the pchelpware repeater has built in non turn off encryption.. The standard repeater that comes with the 1.02 installation should work..

im trying to connect nat 2 nat without letting the viewer and server download additional software. the repeater is a good solution if its just creating the connection. i will run the repeater from my computer and forward the necessary ports.

where can i download this repeater ? correct me if im wrong but its not on the installsheild of 101 ?

this forum rocks!! faster than a chat..
ok, i found the repeater.

so to be sure, its used only for connection creation and not for passing data through it ?

how many connections can it support ?

if its only for connection creation, is it smart to use it all the time, even when not behind nat ? or it has performance impacts or anything and its better to try and connect directly befor using it ? im talking of a situation that the users arent sure if they are behind nats or not.
