On image change, capture.
Something like a security feed to monitor a station and how its being used.
Unless you can do this somehow already. Other than combining webcam software and this somehow...

I'm playing with it, can it capture the video feed ONLY when there are changes? Such as cursos moves, or anything changes on the VNC server.
