According to the captured screen, only the viewer registered to the repeater successfully.

Not possible to give any advise with just the provided infomation. Can you provide more details of:
- Helpdek.txt content
- The setting of the viewer & repeater.
- Did the all the three parts (viewer, server, repeater) are running on the same pc?

About the Server (helpdesk.txt):
- The default communication port for pchelpware_server & repeater is 5500, NOT 5901
- the word "repeater" is not required in the -connect ... statement

Also, for testing, I suggest to creat the server with password input prompt. So change the statement as below:
-connect 127.0.0.1:5500 -id 3333 -passwd ask

About the Viewer:
Mistakes in the ports of viewer & server. It should be:
Listen Port Viewer = 5901
Listen Port Server = 5500

About the Repeater:
The piucture shown is the GUI of a UVNC repeater! However, the picture of your first post is a PcHelpWare repeater log !!!!????

Anyway I will suggest you using the PcHelpWare repeater (i.e. the one bundled with the download package) to run the test.

If you really want to use a UVNC repeater (may be the you need a repeater to support all UVNC/SC/PcHelpWare), then you must use the latest release, which Redge had tested to be compatible with all three products. See
[topic=12021]Compatibility of PcHelpWare Repeater with UltraVNC/SC[/topic]

This may be not a problem of PcHelpWare itself.

"Arrow on remote machine is blocked"
I suppose you mean unable to use both mouse & keyboard to control the remote pc.

How did you conduct the test? If you used Windows' Remote Desktop to connect the remote host, and then started the PcHelpWare-server to connect back your viewer, you may fall into this problem.
See [topic=11726]No Keyboard or Mouse[/topic]

Also check the antivirus/antispy/firewall of the server pc, some products may block the remote control by default or unless having proper configuration. You may try to stop these program when testing.
Note: You better reboot the computer to assure the antivirus/antispy/firewall is stopped. Some program may still running on background when you stop it w/o restart the computer.
