Error disabling Naggle's algorithm

Hi!

I've been using UltraVNC SC for a few months and I realy enjoy how it works, so I tried to install it for someone I know so this person can do some remote support. The problem is that he's computer always shows this error message everytime I send a request :

"Error disabling Nagle's algorithm"

I tried to Google it and found no useful tips about this. I don't even know what is this Nagle's algorithm and why it needs to be disabled.

Does this message appear because I'm trying to use remote support while I do have this software installed on my computer (Not listening) or could it be because the other person is using Windows Vista?

May someone help me with that?

I never have this issue but is related to tcp/ip and/or user is not admin
but is almost related to UAC blocking the connection until remote allow outgoing connection.

local: you have wish OS ?
remote: Vista or Vista + SP1 installed ?
