No bubble notification when using SC

For some reason when I run sc with the repeater, the bubble notifications do not work.

I have the following text:

[BALLOON1TITLE]
Establishing connection ...

[BALLOON1A]
5 min try period

[BALLOON1B]
If it fails, the software will remove himself

[BALLOON1C]
from your system.

[BALLOON2TITLE]
Connection active.

[BALLOON2A]
Warning, your desktop is remote visable

[BALLOON2B]
You can break the connection any time

[BALLOON2C]
by using the close button


Any reason why this might be happening? It seems to work fine when I am not using the repeater. I am also using the [DIRECT] function to avoid extra clicks. Any help would be appreciated.
