I have found a software which is much easier and faster to connect to any desktop even with heavy firewalls.

How to make ultravnc like this please?

Teamviewer 2 use some code of UltraVNC
but teamviewer 3 is a commercial product but free for private use and not vnc compatible not open source anymore.
