Is there a way to set SC up so that when someone clicks on the exe file, it will immediately connect to me without having to double click on 'Internet support'? Just want to set it up so there is less for the end user to do.

Just add this to your HELPDESK.TXT file:

[HOST]
Remote Support
-connect myhost.mysite.com:5190 -noregistry

[DIRECT]


...and start on your PC:
vncviewer.exe -disablesponsor -listen 5190
