Ultravnc with SecureVNCPlugin.dsm

I am trying to use SecureVNCPlugin.dsm but everytime I connect using this it says that ultravnc is running as an application and it rejects my connection. Then the service stops on the server (winvnc.exe).

Can someone give me instructions on how to use this plugin. We want to deploy the same settings to all our machines.
