Including your own rc4.key with SC executable

Post by tim71 »

As I found out before, the connection did not succeeded with plugin.

I generated my executables with online generator script and even tried to make my own script generator following advice [topic=1902]here[/topic].

Executable made this way didn't work either.

Now I just took the executable generated by online creator (which worked perfectly without using the plugin) and extracted the files from it with 7-zip and surprise, surprise...

The extracted rc4.key file was not the one I included in zip, from which this executable was created!

The modified-time didn't match (modified-time didn't even match the creation time of this executable) - as a matter of fact - all executables produced exactly same rc4.key file when extracted (all had the same modified-time: something december '04) even when included (in zip for generating executable) key files were different.

Can something possibly be wrong?

112 and 114 - neither one isn't working (if keys are different then this thing is not supposed to work - this "Unknown authentication scheme" message confuses me even more)

In normal VNC use both are working fine.
