Connection stability connecting via SC with Verizon DSL

Post by amn0270 »

I run Advantig OneClick which as I understand it is built on top of SC. I constantly experience issues staying connected to my clients who use Verizon DSL. I had posed this question some time ago but originally I thought it was isolated to one customer but it appears to occur with all my customers on Verizon DSL regardless of operating system and equipment. Many times when I have them initiate an connection for me it comes up but with nothing but a black screen and never shows the desktop and then drops shortly after. Other times it comes up and I can see and operate their desktop normally but connection drops frequently. Sometimes it will maintain connection for a few minutes, other times a few seconds. I only seem to experience this Verizon DSL customers. Cable customers or even Verizon FIOS customers I don't have issue with. Oh and for reference I am on a cable connection as well. Has anyone else experienced this with SC?

Thanks in advance,
Adam
