InstantSupport repeatedly lost connection

Post by Oldwar »

Hi!

I have a problem with InstantSupport server. It connects successfuly to the Repeater and then drops it. Here is the log:
Server added to list 529045
recv 39
recv 0
connection closed by peer
Server Removed from list 529045
Server added to list 529045
recv 39
recv 0
connection closed by peer
Server Removed from list 529045
Server added to list 529045
recv 39
recv 0
This happens every minute. InstantSupport is running on Window 7 with firewalls and so on disabled. Repeater is on WinXP.
Is there any ideas what is the problem?

This is how the auto reconnect feature works in UltraVNC.
The server waits for a viewer to connect during a timeout period.
If no viewer connects within the timeout period the server usually quits with an error but the -autoreconnect feature establishes the connection again instead.

Basically, it's working the way it was intended.
