Multiple Chunk VNC Viewers on one computer

Post by ChrisMcD »

I have not been able to find the answer yet, so i thought I would post.

I have ChunkVNC working, The source connects to the repeater and I start the viewer - works great. If I have another person that wants to connect to my computer at the same time - i see they connect to the repeater and I try to start another instance of the viewer, I don't get an error, but it never connects.

Can 1 computer only have 1 connection at a time?

Thanks, Chris

You should be able to run the viewer as many times as you want, I have 5 of them running right now. ;)

Could you post a log of the repeater while the second ID connects?

Chris

Do they have different ID's? There would be an issue if they did not have a distinct ID.

I closed and reopened the repeater and then it started working.

Is 11/18/2009 the time stamp on the latest version of the repeater108.exe?

When it wasn't working the log looked like it was connecting.

Thanks for the help.
