Ultra VNC - professional

Post by ph boy »

Is there is version of Ultra VNC that is spam with adequate customer service available? We are currently running the free version at my job but will like to upgrade to something more reliable. Please any help on this topic will be greatly appreciated.

I think the answer is no.

You might want to contact Rudi de Vos directly to inquire (he's the lead developer). Possibly the PCHelpware project may be a supported substitute?

I'm sure you know there are plenty of VNC "flavors" with commercial support options, but as far as I know UltraVNC is not one of them at this time.

The bright side is that the free version is as up to date, feature-packed, and reliable as it can be.

(Guys, PLEASE correct me if this is wrong!)
