Kaspersky internet security issue

Post by kerridge »

Looks like Kaspersky Internet Security can't handle something about this app on my Windows 7 64 bit.

I was initially unable to use "pchelpware remote access viewer" (from RC1) with Kaspersky Internet Security 12.0.0.374 without disabling the firewall - even though it is listed as a trusted application.

I got it working in the end by changing the firewall settings then looking in trusted applications for pchelpwarev2viewer found inside UVNC BVBA folder. Then changing the "application rules" and finding "exclusions", I selected "Do not scan network traffic"
