Here's another problem I noticed with SC: when it's active, Internet Explorer usually can't be started on the server side - if you run it, it's window flashes and disappears. If IE was running before SC was started, it'll continue working, but opening new instances still doesn't work. This seems to happen with IE 9 and newer on Vista and newer, regardless of whether desktop composition (Aero) is enabled.

I haven't noticed any other programs with similar problems.
