* Combined the top tool bars and menu into one for more real estate on the screen
* Modified the way that the VNC versions are listed in the deployment tool (to make more sense)

# Updated to the latest UltraVNC 1.0.8 Server and Viewer
# Fixed an annoyance on some computers where selecting an RDP tab didn't directly select the RDP session (causing a beeping sound and no interaction)

* New LAN Speed Tester - Transfers a chunk of data of customizable size to and from a remote computer share and reports the download and upload speed. While this is an extremely useful new feature, there are plans to make it even better soon. Great for determining where network bottlenecks are.

Fixed bug in some 32 bit environments that prevented the new VNC Viewer from launching
Added a startup wizard to request admin credentials. This should prevent "access denied" errors in the future.

Dual monitors are now captured on XP SP2 computers as long as they have Microsft .NET Version 2.0 or greater (almost every SP2 computer should by now). Previously, only 1 monitor was visible on XP SP2 when using the screen capture (tumbnails).
Fixed the "Debug Mode" bug. It will now properly go in and out of debug mode when clicking on Help => Troubleshooting menu.
Other less interesting bug fixes and performance enhancements
