Dependant settings should grey out if master is not selecte

Any features you would like to see in UltraVNC? Propose it here

Clearer Visual indication if main setting is disabled then dependant sub-settings would be greyed out.

That would make settings clearer for users.

Dependant settings should grey out if master is not selecte

When I mentioned on another topic that I still able to connect even though the default action was set to deny under the Query on Incoming connection Rudy said that if the display query window was unselected that those settings were ignored.

[ ] Display Query Window
Timout: [10]

Default action (*) Refuse ( ) Accept

as below you can still choose refuse/accept but that means nothing.

Well it would make loads more sense if any settings that behave the same way we totally greyed out so that its a clear visual indication that that is totally disabled.

Not just that one but any other main settings that have multiple sub settings.

Like for instance one that is very clear is Mslogon...
