I just developed a Flash VNC Viewer / Player, supporting TIGHT encoding.
Works nice with UltraVNC! And I think it is not too difficult to use it as an alternative to the Java viewer (integrated in UltraVNC Server).

Features :
_ supported encodings : Tight, Raw (more soon...)
_ meta-encoding : CopyRect, LastRect, RichCursor, CursorPos
_ colors : true colors 24bpp/16bpp
_ play recorded vnc sessions: read FBS1.0 format
_ fullscreen mode / zoom / dynamic scrolling (mouse tracking)
_ uses native functions to handle pixel decompression
_ optimized for Flash 10 (use new native Zlib functions)
I’m planning to release it soon under LGPL!
