PCHW start [port] 0 error on VISTA

I scrubbed the web but can't seem to find a solution for PCHW not running on Vista.

With debug mode on I get:

fh is 3
Start 401 0
--De ingang is ongeldig. (can't find the right translation for this)
Start Listening on port 401
--The operation completed successfully

I'm running with elevated rights admin mode enabled in the shortcut.
Config is running fine on XP.

Disabling firewall doesn't make a difference.
I find it rather strange that there's nothing written in newsgroups / on the www about this??

I noticed the second time start 401 0 returns a '
'The operation completed successfully '

after that it gives a 10054 socket errror
