Thanks butt did not change things. To be clear, it's not a speed issue when hooked, its a draw accuracy.
To better describe what happens, If I click on the file menu option of a program, all the options appear but the gray box/background of the menu is black. As I move my mouse up and down over the options, they fill in to the gray they should be.
As I move my mouse over another menu, (File - Edit) the File menu disappears with some remnants that don't and the Edit menu shows up with the black background.
So things don't draw right or erase right.
Another strange thing (and I don't know if this is part of the issue) when the driver is hooked and I connect up, I get a view of the "middle" of my two monitors. I can pan half the left monitor and half of the right monitor. I have to click the primary/all button to see both or just the main (Can't see the left but that issue was mentioned in the dual monitor issue fix here: )
