problem with one remote pc

Hi folks,

i have pchelpware functioning on the whole reliably. there is one exception where a particular remote pc executes the .phw file it quickly shows an extracting box but nothing happens.

i have disabled the firewall and tried running as admin. another machine on the same network works fine allowing me to take control of it without problem - anyone have an idea of what could be the cause?

both machines have XP.
