Unable to install driver in xp, vista or win7

Post by vicspain »

I have been trying to install the video drive on 3 different machines and having the same problem on all 3 of them.

I have copied the file Setupdrv.exe along with install.bat to the root of C which is what I've read that must be done. When I run install.bat I get the message "Driver Installation Failed".

I'm using version 1.0.8.2 and I can successfuly connect to the machines on my lan but I'm trying to setup UltraVNC SC for remote connections to customers computer and I think this is probably the reason I can't get it to work.

Can you please tell me some things to check to see what I might have missed or some incorrect setting?

Thanks,

Vic :(

BTW - I also tried setting up a shortcut on the desktop as described in another post and setting it to run as administrator and that doesn't work either.
