Using Viewer - seeing keyboard inputs

We run a survey lab where the supervisors use UltraVNC to view the workstations of the survey takers (to make sure they are inputting the data correctly, etc). The configuration is working pretty well with one minor exception:

we would like to be able to see the text fields AS the data is being entered. What is happening now is that the information in a text field is showing up in "jumps and spurts". I do not believe it is an issue with the network speed or screen refresh rate as everything else on the screen is "snappy".

I've just gotten used to having to hit the refresh button constantly when I want near real-time updates, but an alternative may be to use the mirror driver. I've only tried it a couple of times in the past so I can't say for sure it will do what you want, but it does refresh pretty fast. It may give you the results you are looking for, although I've heard it's best to use on a LAN vs a WAN (which is why I don't use it).

You could also try enabling "Poll Full Screen".

Where can I find more information on what the different options under Server Property Page actually do? Example: Poll Full Screen, Poll Foreground Window, Poll Window Under Cursor...
