Please create a up to date SC video tutorial

Can someone please create an up to date video going through the process of setting SC up properly. The only problem I have with trying to get it setup is the encryption part. I've fiddled with it for weeks and it still doesn't work. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and a Windows 7 64 bit Virtual Machine. I got the 32 bit versions of both programs. I would really appreciate it as there are only a few video tutorials on SC and there outdated.
