High port on connection with singleclick

Post by paulobergo »

Dear friends.

We made an singleclick to connect to our viewer on listen mode, on default port, 5500.

Without criptografy, it works perfect.

With criptografy, our firewall blocks the connection, because the random port use to complete the autentication.

It does it possible to set one or more ports (range) to viewer to accept incomming conections or fix it on our scripts of single click?

Thanks in advanve!
