File transfer deactivated pre logon/lock screen (winvnc running as service)

I am running WinVNC v 1.4.3.6 as a service running on Windows 10 (upgraded from 1.2.5.1 since I got the same problem.)

Filetransfer works, when a user is logged on, but if I try file transfer pre-logon I get the message:


>WARNING: File Transfer is Disabled on The Remote Machine

I get the same warning, if the pc is locked - but user is logged on


Is it possible to enable File Transfer when connecting to WinVNC when pc is locked or not logged on)
