Administration way of control

Would it be possible to add a feature like in windows terminal server ?
I would like to connect to remote computer (windows) to do some administration, but all the application that I run on that computer will show only on my side of the screen.
Something like sharing the pc for remote administration WITHOUT disturbing the user.
Maybe something like.. create new virtual desktop hidden from user view and sharing this desktop for control.
