there exist some free viewers for watch web camera as easy :roll:

so,
if your wecam support GDI graphic, is already possible to see it with UltraVNC server and mirror driver for improve performance quality/speed for viewer

Haha, I actually do this already. Every program I've tried is so slow to update the webcam. So I just have both computers run the video locally, and then we use UVNC to remote in and select that window. It's almost real-time.

I admit a video-chat program based on the mirror driver would be awesome - but it's feature bloat for UltraVNC =\
