No Plugin Detected

I just installed UltraVNC. I checked the checkbox to enable the DSM plugin; the dropdown box tells me that no plugin is detected. When I click on configure, I get the following message: The plugin cannot be loaded. Please check its location for integrity. I tried downloading the latest and replacing the files in the plugin folder with the files that I downloaded but I got the same message. What do I need to do.

You need to copy the plugin from the plugin directory to your UltraVNC directory.

What is the difference between MSRC4Plugin.dsm and MSRC4Plugin_NoReg.dsm? Also when I click the configure and after creating the key file, I get the following:

Checking for environment variable %msrc4pluginkey%
Not Found

What does this mean?
