Hi,
i have setup a public repeater on my vserver. Runs 24/7.

Repeater: vserver.homeftp.org
Viewer Port: 5900
Server Port: 5500

Server with my skin: http://jlsys.de/server_vserver.homeftp.org.exe

Viewer with connection template: http://jlsys.de/viewer_vserver.homeftp.org.rar

Information about this: http://vserver.homeftp.org/

No support of SSL 433

That's nice to hear Smile
Yes, the server location is Frankfurt, Germany.
100Mbit/s connection.
The repeater will be online the next months definitely.

List of the repeaters that are known to me and for which I have the permission to list them: http://repeaters.ultravnc.info/

uvnc.com itself is not listed

repeater01 is from bevtech
repeater02 is from vserver.homeftp.org
repeater03 is from redge

If you know of other repeaters or want to be listed, please let me know! The list is actually based on the DNS names, so you'll get one if you ask to be listed.

I'll see whether I can improve on the repeater code for Linux and other Unix-like OSs. Especially I want to make it a real daemon. Unless I find some code somewhere, I'll take the one that I got so far as a start.

Hello,

I'm a beginner with this product, and I had several questions.
Your posts above are an answer to some of them. :)

However, I till don't know how to configure the Public Repeaters parameters (given above) in the Server and Viewer. :|

Could you please help me ??

(Remark: I tested the connection between 2 computers at home (using local IP) and it works fine.)

Thanks in advance for your help.
Athena
