-kill command to accept options

Adding the ability to select a host and port to the -kill command would be a welcome feature for the next version.

examples of usage

winvnc.exe -kill localhost:5900

or

winvnc.exe -kill 192.168.2.10:5800

I use a lot of the command line options remotely and this would be an extremely useful addition.
